Sixty minutes,/
one to one,/
written down.

Training, programming and nutrition across Fort Mill, Charlotte, Monroe and Rock Hill. Every session planned before you walk in, and changed after you leave.

A loaded barbell on the floor of the gym

Sixty minutes, and he is watching all of them.

One to one, every session. He chooses the weight, counts the sets, and stops it when the technique goes rather than when the timer does.

Warm up, the main lift, the work that is holding the main lift back, then what needs range putting back into it. He writes down what happened before you leave.

Seven things, and he will tell you which four you need.

If what you need is not on that list he will say so on the call rather than sell you the nearest thing.

The seven, with the fees

The days he is not there are planned too.

A written programme for your own days: sets, weights and progression already decided, so nothing in the week is left to how you feel when you arrive.

It changes every week, from what actually happened rather than from a template. That is the part almost nobody manages alone, and most of what he is paid for.

The programme is written from what happened in the room, not from a template.

The difference between training and going to the gym is that somebody is keeping score.

Niko Addonisio standing in the gym

He started training as soon as he could drive and has not stopped. He pulls 400+ lbs off the floor, and he coaches the way he trains: establish what the person in front of him can actually do, write the plan, then move it forward every week.

He has trained through a serious injury of his own, which is why he programmes around what a body will take rather than around what a template says it should.

There is no front desk and no rotating staff. The person who answers the phone is the person standing next to you in the gym.

Everything worth knowing before you ring.

He is a trainer and not a doctor. If you are under medical care he works with what you have been told rather than around it, and he will say when something is outside what he does.

Ten minutes on the phone settles it.

He will tell you what he would do, what it costs, and whether you need him at all. Nothing is booked on that call, and it is free.
